thisweek.lol is a public leaderboard split into categories. Anyone can add a free listing. Anyone can bid for a category’s paid top spot. The highest bid when the week ends (Sunday night) wins and holds that spot, locked in, through the following week. The board resets every Monday.
You’re responsible for what you submit. Listings must link to a real, legitimate destination and not be misleading about what they are. We can remove any listing, free or paid, at our discretion, including for spam, illegal content, malware, adult content, or anything that misrepresents itself.
A free listing is ranked by clicks and isn’t guaranteed any specific position, visibility, or amount of traffic.
Paid bids are processed by DodoPayments, who act as merchant of record for these transactions, handle payment collection, and are responsible for the underlying sale. By placing a bid, you also agree to Dodo’s buyer terms.
A bid only becomes a confirmed win if it’s still the highest bid in its category at the moment payment clears. If a higher bid beats yours before your payment is confirmed, you’re refunded automatically and your listing doesn’t win the spot. Outside of that case, paying for a spot you did win is final, since you’re paying for a week of placement that starts immediately, not a physical good.
We don’t guarantee any specific number of clicks, visitors, or business outcomes from holding a spot, paid or free.
The board is provided as-is. We don’t control, verify, or endorse what other people list here, and we’re not responsible for the destinations listings link to.
To the extent the law allows it, thisweek.lol isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the board. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 90 days before the claim.
We can update these terms as the product changes. Meaningful changes will update the date at the top of this page.
